How to resend activation link to new users?

The account activation link is unique for every new user. If anyone has lost the email, or the activation link has expired, follow the steps below to re-send the activation email:


Note: You have to be a System Owner, Joint Owner Administrator or Organization Administrator in order to re-send the activation email.


1. Depending on the type of new user:


For Member    : Menu > Organization Settings > Manage Member

For Organization Administrator    : Menu > Organization Settings > Manage Member



2. Click the (…) on the upper right of the user card of the member and click Resend Activation Link.


Note: The activation link in the user activation email expires after 96 hours of sending. When a link is expired, it becomes invalid and a new link will be required.
