How to reset password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password on the login page of Boardfolio. 

1. Click “Forgot your password?” 

2. Enter your email address registered in Boardfolio and click Continue

3. An email with password reset link will be sent to your mailbox.

4. Open the password reset link from your mailbox, another window will appear, enter your email again and click Continue.

5. Answer the security questions on the next page after you’ve entered your email address on the previous step, Security questions were setup when you first activated your account in Boardfolio, If you do not remember the answers of the security questions, you have to contact administrator to reset your account.

6. When you successfully answer your security questions, enter your new password twice, now you can login with your new password. 

Note: The password reset link that is sent to your mailbox will be expired after 96 Hours, after that you will have to repeat the whole process again to get a new password reset link.
