There are several possibilities directors cannot find the meetings you created. Please ensure the following:
- User must be a member of the Space where the meeting is created
- User has been added as attendee
- Meeting has been published
- "My upcoming meetings" in dashboard shows up to three meetings only. Click View All or go to Menu > Home > All Meetings to discover more
To see board packs, please make sure:
- Board Pack has been published
- On all files linked to board pack, user has been added to View permission
