- You can download the .ics calendar file to add the meeting event to any calendar service. The download link can be found at the bottom of a meeting's overview page.
2. Addition, The ICS file is attached to Meeting Invitation and Meeting Update notification emails to attendees and currently Boardfolio does not support automatic update with meeting events at the moment so if there are any changes made to the date and time of the event, you will need to add the .ics file to your calendar service to ensure the calendar event is up-to-date.
