Steps to join the live streaming meeting

To join live stream meeting

	Login with your username (i.e. e-mail address) and password at UAT site https://app-uat.tiih.com.my on Testing AGM Day
	Select the corporate event: “(Live Streaming) ABC 40th AGM”
	Click the “Next” button to view live stream meeting
	Maximize your screen if necessary
	Minimize your screen to view the Query Box (on the right side of the screen). Type your question in the Query Box and click “Submit”

To cast your vote remotely

	Click on the “Go To Remote Voting Page” button below the Query Box; OR
	Click on the “Corporate Exercise/Event” button on the left side of the screen and open link in new window
	Select “(Remote Voting) ABC 30th AGM”
	Click on the “Next” button to proceed
	Read and agree to the “Terms & Conditions” and confirm the “Declaration”

	Select your CDS account number (ü the box) and click the “Vote” button
	Indicate your voting instructions – “FOR” or “AGAINST” or “ABSTAIN” and click the “Next”
	Review your votes casted and click on “Confirm” to submit.
	Download the document (remote voting) for your record, if required.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE QUALITY OF THE LIVE STREAMING IS DEPENDENT ON THE BANDWITH AND STABILITY OF THE INTERNET CONNECTION AT THE LOCATION OF THE REMOTE PARTICIPANTS
